I am writing this letter to bring your attention to an incident that arose on Saturday 5 June at the Ambassador’s residence.
Whilst the details of the incident are confidential, I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank the guard on duty, who not only took control of the situation, but dealt with it in a very professional manner.
Due to the action taken by International Security and Surveillance personnel (which was above what is expected), the matter was resolved with no further consequence.
